How to reach the apartment

Directions and Entry – Bema 5b

  • The entrance is from Bema Street.

  • Just past the Żabka store, turn right into the gate between two buildings.

  • The entrance to Bema 5b is on the south side of the building.

  • To enter, enter PIN: 03666.

Apartment Entry:

  • After entering the building, go to the 1st floor and turn left.

  • At the end of the corridor is apartment No. 4 – the door is open.

  • Depending on the SMS instructions, choose door A or B and enter the PIN from the SMS on the digital lock.

  • Inside the apartment, you’ll find a key fob that allows you to open the lock without entering the code.

Garage Remote:

  • In the corridor under the label 4A or 4B, you will find the garage remote.

  • Enter the code from the SMS, then pull the small black lever down.b

  • Around the building, there is only one entrance to the -1 floor garage.
  • After entering,  park in the parking space indicated in the SMS.
  • There are two garage gates – the correct one has a downward ramp.

Garbage disposal

You can use the garbage disposal which is located on the other side of the building.

How to reach the apartment

  • Please park your car in the vicinity of Sikorskiego 1 Street and go get the remote control to the garage door, which waits for you at the apartment.
  • The entrance to the building is on the other side, address 2 Podwale street, from the main street. 
  • To open the door you have to enter PIN: 04885
  • Go to the 6th floor, after getting out of the lift go left to flat number 36.
  • Choose the first locker with apartment keys and enter the PIN from the SMS. Please make sure that the digits are aligned, and push down the black button on the left.
  • Then open the middle locker with garage remote in the same way.
  • Please make sure to close the lockers correctly and turn the digits after you have taken out the content.
  • The entrance  gate to the garage is from the 1 Sikorskiego street, as shown in the photo.
  • The parking space is located on the second floor, parking space numer 241.

You should leave the flat by 11:00 a.m.

Please put your keys back in the safety key lockers.

Garbage disposal

With the keys to the flat there is a key to the garbage disposal.

Garbage disposal is next to the garage gate from the 1 Sikorskiego street.

How to reach the apartment

  • Park near Sikorskiego Street. If you have a purchased parking spot, take the garage gate remote.
  • Enter from the Odra side through the Sikorskiego 3H gate.

To open the door:

    • Press the button with the door mark (bottom left corner).

    • Enter PIN 21874.

    • Confirm by pressing the button in the bottom left corner.

  • Take the elevator to the 5th floor and turn left.
  • Enter apartment No. 21 – the door will be open.

  • Choose apartment 21A or 21B (according to the information in the message) and enter the PIN from the SMS on the digital lock.

If you have a purchased parking spot:

 

  • Open the lower safe and take the garage gate remote under 21A or 21B.

  • The parking space is on the 2nd floor – after entering, turn left and park in the spot indicated in the message.

  • From the garage, you can go directly to entrance 3H, where the apartment is located.

You should leave the flat by 11:00 a.m.

Please put your keys back in the safety key lockers.

Garbage disposal

To get to the garbage disposal, take the lift down to the ground floor.

Turn towards the garage (behind the poster of Ostrów Tumski) and continue as shown on the video.

How to reach the apartment

 

  • The entrance to the building is from the north side (riverside), you should choose the gate Sikorskiego 3H.

  • To open the door you have to: press the button in the left bottom corner, enter PIN: 21874, confirm it with the same button.

  • Then go to the 5th floor, after getting out of the lift go left to flat number 21.

     

  • Enter the apartment – it is open.

  • Please select door 21A and enter the PIN from the message on the doorknob.

  • The apartment has a card that you can use throughout your stay – no code required.

 

IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED PARKING:

  • Please park your car in the vicinity of Sikorskiego 3 Street and go get the remote control to the garage door which is waiting for you at the apartment.

  • Use the code received via message to open the bottom safe 21A. Please ensure the numbers are aligned correctly.

  • The entrance  gate to the garage is from the Sikorskiego street, as shown in the photo.

  • The parking space is located on the second floor, after entering the that floor, turn left and park in the parking space indicated in the SMS.

  • From the garage, you can go directly to staircase 3H where the apartment is located.

You should leave the flat by 11:00 a.m.

Please put your keys back in the safety key lockers.

Garbage disposal
